Difference between Chapter and Club |
|
The OSIR is currently two types of scientific groups, namely Amateur Scientists Chapter and Amateur Scientists Club.
The Amateur Scientists Chapter has to follow some set of rules and regulations of OSIR but will be benefited with larger incentives package from OSIR. The Chapter enjoys exclusivity as there is a condition that there should be no two Chapters in same level, like in one city there can not be two City Level Chapters. However if there is a All Females Chapter present then one more Chapter on same level can be establish on open to all members status.
The Amateur Scientists Club is open to all even any existing scientific club can join. The Club can run by its own regulations without any conditions to follow from OSIR but will have fewer incentives from OSIR to its members.
